Our Story
Born in Soho in 1927 and a resident ever since Violet, the ‘Queen of Soho’, is a local institution. Under her curation, we’ve made sure to create a cocktail bar she approves of, with the old-school Soho atmosphere that harkens back to the days when she could be found out dancing with American Officers in WWII at the Astoria, before heading for late-night Salt Beef Sandwiches.
But if you want to hear any more of her stories, you’re best of coming down and buying her a Bellini.
And never forget Violet’s number one rule;
“When you live in Soho, whatever you hear, whatever you see, zip it!”
